1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JigsawLoft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JigsawLoft provides interactive digital jigsaw puzzles. The Service includes curated public galleries, global leaderboards, a Creator Studio for artists to submit work, and a "JigsawReveal" feature allowing users to create temporary, personalized puzzles with hidden messages.

3. User Accounts

While many features are available without an account, certain features (like saving leaderboard scores and accessing the Creator Studio) require you to sign in via Google, Facebook, or Email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content & Licensing

Custom Reveals: You retain all rights to the images and messages you upload. We do not use them for any purpose other than delivering the puzzle to your recipients. All Custom Reveal data is automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Creator Studio Submissions: By submitting artwork, photography, or puzzles to our Creator Studio for public play, you grant JigsawLoft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content on the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to distribute this content.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Advertising & Monetization

The Service is supported by third-party advertising. By using JigsawLoft, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during your experience. We work with advertising partners (such as Google and Ezoic) who may use cookies to deliver personalized advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

The JigsawLoft name, logo, custom code, UI/UX designs, and all related branding are the property of JigsawLoft. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JigsawLoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access to your content, or service interruptions.

9. Changes & Contact
