Key Privacy Highlights

Custom Reveals: To protect your privacy, any personal images or secret messages uploaded via our "Custom Reveal" feature are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

Optional Accounts: Playing public puzzles requires no account. Whether you sign up for a User Account to save leaderboard times or a Creator Account to upload puzzles, you can sign in via Google, Facebook, or Email. We only store your basic profile info (email, name, avatar).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:

  • Information you provide: If you sign in (via Google, Facebook, or Email) for a User Account or Creator Account, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture. For Creator Accounts, we also store the images and metadata you submit to the Creator Studio.
  • Custom Reveal Data: Images and secret messages uploaded for Custom Reveal puzzles.
  • Usage Data: Anonymous analytics such as puzzle completion times, pages visited, and interaction metrics.

2. Data Retention & Deletion

Custom Reveal Puzzles: All puzzle data, including uploaded images and secret messages, is automatically and permanently deleted 24 hours after creation.

User & Creator Accounts: Profile data (such as your email and display name) and any puzzles submitted to the public Creator Studio are retained in order to provide you with our services and maintain the leaderboards.

User and Creator Account Deletion

We believe you should have complete control over your digital footprint. You can permanently delete your User Account or Creator Account, along with all associated data, at any time.

  • How to delete your data: Log into JigsawLoft, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, select "Settings" from the dropdown menu, and scroll down to the Danger Zone. Type your email address to confirm, then click the red "Delete Permanently" button.
  • What happens when you delete: For User Accounts, your profile information and leaderboard times will be permanently erased. For Creator Accounts, your profile information and all puzzles you have uploaded to the Creator Studio will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • Alternative method: If you lose access to your account or prefer us to handle it manually, you can email us from your registered email address at support@jigsawloft.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," and our team will erase your data within 48 hours.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. We partner with third-party advertising companies, including Google and Ezoic, to serve ads when you visit our website.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. GDPR & CCPA Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You also have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal data.
